This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Karvinger, a brand owned and operated by Apex Global Retail – FZCO.
We want you to feel confident when you buy Karvinger tools. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it

Unused and not visibly worn

In the original packaging, with all accessories and components included

You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@karvinger.com.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with:

A prepaid return label (if applicable)

Detailed instructions on how to return your item through our logistics partner

Returns must be shipped only after approval and using the instructions we provide.
Items sent without prior authorization, or to a different address, will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
Contact us immediately at support@karvinger.com if:

The item is defective
-
The item is damaged in transit
-
You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution (return, replacement, or warranty claim).
4. Warranty vs. Refunds (1-Year Limited Warranty)
All Karvinger products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and technical faults.
Under this warranty:

If a verified manufacturing fault occurs within 1 year, we will offer a free replacement

Warranty claims do not result in a refund; they are handled by replacement only
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents

Normal wear and tear

Devices that have been opened, modified, or repaired by the customer or a third party
If the device has been opened or tampered with, the warranty is considered void.
5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Conditions
We generally accept returns on all products as long as they meet the conditions above. However, we cannot accept returns if:

The item has been used or shows signs of use

The item is damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling

The item has been opened or modified internally

Components, accessories, or packaging are missing
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.
We currently do not sell perishable goods, cosmetics, or gift cards, so standard exclusions for those categories do not apply to our catalog.
6. Exchanges
We currently handle exchanges through our return + new order process:

If you want a different unit or model, request a return first

Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want
For warranty-related technical faults (within 1 year and confirmed as a manufacturing defect), we will send a replacement unit at no cost, in line with our warranty policy.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved or rejected.
Please note that return shipping times may vary. Once you ship the item using the prepaid return label, it may take 3–7 days for the package to reach our facility, depending on the carrier.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund
Total refund time (worst case) : 17 days
If more than 17 days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don’t see it, please contact us at support@karvinger.com.
