Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with Karvinger, a brand owned and operated by Apex Global Retail – FZCO.

Karvinger ships exclusively within the United States using Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) for fast, reliable delivery.


1. Processing Time

Orders are processed by Amazon MCF.

Typically:

  • Same day or next day processing

  • Orders ship automatically from the nearest Amazon warehouse with inventory

Processing time is the same for both Standard and Express shipping.


2. Shipping Carriers

Amazon may deliver through:

  • Amazon Logistics

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Regional carriers

Carrier selection is automatic based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.


3. Delivery Times

Karvinger offers two shipping options. Estimated timelines are as follows:

Standard Shipping

  • Processing time: Same day or next day

  • Transit time: 3–5 days

  • Total delivery time: 3–6 days

Express Shipping

  • Processing time: Same day or next day

  • Transit time: 2 days

  • Total delivery time: 2–3 days

Most customers receive their order within the estimated delivery window based on the option selected at checkout.


4. Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking updates may take several hours to appear depending on the carrier.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Karvinger is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses (if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout)

Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address may not be refundable.
