Apex Global Retail – FZCO operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”), to provide you with a curated, professional shopping experience centered around premium fiber-optic tools and accessories.

The Karvinger store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate our storefront and process transactions securely.

Once accepted and forwarded to fulfillment, orders may not be cancellable due to our automated Amazon MCF logistics.

Delivery times:

  • May be affected by carrier delays, weather, or logistical issues

  • Are not guaranteed

Once the package is handed to Amazon or the carrier:

  • Title and risk transfer to you

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services—including trademarks, product images, manuals, videos, logos, and graphics—is owned by Karvinger or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute site content

  • Create derivative works

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

Karvinger is powered by Shopify. However:

  • All purchases are made directly with Karvinger

  • Shopify is not responsible for product performance, safety, warranties, or disputes

You expressly release Shopify from any claims arising from your transactions with Karvinger.

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

  • Your misuse of the Services

We may control the defense of any such claim.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Apex Global Retail – FZCO, the operator of Karvinger, selects Delaware law as the governing framework for online consumer transactions due to its well-established commercial legal system. This choice does not affect the legal identity of Apex Global Retail – FZCO, registered in Dubai, UAE.
